I became a therapist after seeking therapy for the stress and anxiety I had experienced working in these fast paced sales and marketing environments. The therapy was so effective it inspired me to undergo professional training to be able to help others.

I studied at one of Europe's leading schools; the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and took additional diplomas in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Psychosexual disorders. A key part of my learning has been to always provide truly client centred therapy. Everyone is different, therefore everyone's treatment should reflect this. This has stood me in good stead with the successes I have had with clients.

I am also committed to ongoing personal development and I am a member of The Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy – www.aphp.com , Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Association For Hypnotherapists www.cbt-association-hypnosis.com, National Register of Hypnotherapists; UKCHO Registered (UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations), www.ukcho.co.uk and The National Council of Psychotherapists - www.ncphq.co.uk
